Alister is the founder and Managing Partner of Tempus Partners. Having begun his career in dot-com era technology, Alister has more than 15 years experience as an investor, founder and trusted adviser to tech companies. He oversees Tempus Partners’ first and second funds, and is also a director of Auror, Forever Network and Uptick. He co-founded ShippingEasy, a market-leading SaaS company (acquired by stamps.com, July 2016) and previously led digital strategy and M&A at Fairfax Media.
Andrew is a Venture Partner with Tempus Partners and is an experienced founder and investor. He is a co-founder and director of HealthEngine, a leading healthtech company, a director of Edtech company, SEQTA Software, and remains an active investor in numerous private companies. Andrew was a founding board member of StartupAUS an industry body committed to developing the Australian startup ecosystem and also founded Perth’s first tech co-working space.
Conrad is an Investment Advisor with Tempus, and has more than 20 years experience in the tech sector as a founder and investor. His passion lies in building businesses. Conrad co-founded Temple & Webster Group (ASX:TPW) and is a director of ParcelPoint and Fluent Retail. Previously, he was Director of Strategy and Development for NewsCorp Australia, acting as a director on numerous investments. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Before joining Tempus Partners as an Investment Associate, Connie spent five years at Macquarie Capital, the investment arm of Macquarie Bank, engaged in principal investment and focusing on identifying, investing and supporting technology and growth-stage startups. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Commerce from the University of Sydney and is passionate about entrepreneurship and startups.
